1. Company Information and Ownership

Taostowing.com is owned and operated by EDZ Solutions, a corporation based in Wyoming, USA. EDZ Solutions owns the domain Taostowing.com and all associated branding. All payments processed through this website are taken under the business name EDZ Solutions.

2. Nature of Our Services

Taostowing.com is NOT a towing company.

We are a Towing Dispatch & Roadside Assistance Coordination Service operating in Taos, New Mexico.

Our role is strictly limited to receiving your request, coordinating with a partnered towing provider, processing payment, and providing dispatch support. We do not own towing vehicles, employ drivers, or perform any physical towing or roadside work.

3. Partnered Towing Providers

We work with independent, licensed towing companies in the Taos, NM area. These partners perform all physical towing, recovery, and roadside assistance. They carry their own insurance and have added EDZ Solutions as an additional insured for our coordination services.

The dispatched towing company is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or subsidiary of EDZ Solutions or Taostowing.com.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDZ SOLUTIONS AND TAOSTOWING.COM ARE NOT LIABLE for any damages, losses, claims, or injuries arising from the actual towing, recovery, or roadside assistance performed by the partnered towing company. This includes vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, delays, or any other direct or indirect damages.

Your sole recourse for any issues with the physical service is against the dispatched towing company, not against EDZ Solutions or Taostowing.com.

5. Fees, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

Payment: All charges are processed under EDZ Solutions.
Cancellation Fee: 25% of the quoted amount if canceled before dispatch.
Gone on Arrival (GOA) Fee: 50% of the quoted amount if the provider is en route and the service is canceled or the customer is unavailable.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee response times, service completion, or specific outcomes. Services are subject to weather, road conditions, and partner equipment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
